I can't see the button on the Attendee Hub to login
If you are having issues with content not appearing, or buttons not working,
it is advised to switch to another browser. The Attendee Hub is compatible
with the latest versions of
Chrome,
Firefox,
Safari, and
Microsoft Edge.
NOTE: We do not recommend using Internet Explorer, as functionality will be limited.

I Logged in but got Logged out, What Happened?
Cookies are invisible bits of data used to track activity on the internet,
including your event registration. If you have cookies disabled in your
browser, you will need to enable cookies, so you can be logged in and
your MCLE attendance tracked.
In Chrome, here are the steps:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More. Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.

Click
Cookies.

From here, you can:
Turn on
cookies: Next to "Blocked,"
turn on the switch.
Turn off
cookies:
Turn off
Allow sites to save and read
cookie data.
General Tips-
You may need to clear your cache. Please refer to your browser support
for specific information on how to do this.
In Chrome, here are the steps:
- On your computer, open Chrome.

At the top right, click More

More tools
Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select
All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check
the boxes.

Click
Clear data.
Often, a page may need to be reloaded, press Control and the F5 button
at the same time
I'm not seeing the session, it says "we're almost ready, the session will
start soon"
If it is past the time for the session to start, it is likely that your
internet bandwidth is the issue here. If your internet speed is low then
it can take a few minutes to load. Try closing other programs and trying again.
