Syllabus materials are available here at ccdseminar.com (left menu under Syllabus Materials), and the access code is in the Attendee Hub, Event App, and on site signage. Check your email for access to the Attendee Hub, or the Event App.

When Will The Recording be Available?

If a session was originally Live Streamed, it will take around the length of the session for the system to process it to be made available. It will be posted on the same page of the Attendee Hub as the original broadcast was available.

If a session was a recording from a live presenter in Monterey, it will take 1-2 weeks to process and upload the recordings to the Attendee Hub.

The on-demand recordings are not downloadable and will be deleted from the system at the end of the viewing period.

I registered for In Person but want to go Virtual, what do I do?

In the Attendee Hub, which sessions can I watch?

Sessions are available in a variety of ways: On Demand, Live Streamed, and In Person. Please check the Agenda to see how each session is available.

If you are in the Attendee Hub, and see "This is a placeholder session for the In-Person attendance to be tracked. If you are in the Attendee Hub, please select the (Virtual) version of this session to view the presentation, and interact with the Chat and Q&A." that means you are in the In Person session designed to track on site attendance. Please find the same session with the word (Virtual) in the session title to view the session and interact with the Q&A.
