If you need help accessing the seminar or any content, or if have any questions, here is the quickest and easiest solutions.

First, check the Frequently Asked Questions pages (just click one of the buttons below if your question isn't on this page!). The pages have detailed information on attending sessions in person, remote access, and much more. This is the fastest way to get the information you need!

Check-In Process

Step 1 - CCDS Vaccine Check

When arriving on-site to check in, please enter at the Portola Hotel Lobby and verify your vaccination with photo ID. We will accept original vaccination cards, photos, copies, and digital records, as long as they display your name. The name on your ID must match the name on the vaccination record. You will be provided with a wristband to wear through the weekend, which will be checked at each entry to the event.

California residents can get a Digital Card https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/

Step 2 - Seminar Check-In

With your wristband, you will head into the Monterey Conference Center-
  • If you are already registered, please use one of the iPads to check-in.
  • If you have not yet registered, please head to the counters in front of the Serra Ballroom at the far end of the lobby and register with staff on-site.

Step 3 - Collect Badge

Please show your wrist band and state your name to receive your printed badge. Please wear your badge, along with the wrist band, throughout the weekend. When entering a session room the QR code on your badge will be scanned to mark your attendance. Please make sure you are scanned for each session you attend, or you will not get MCLE credits.
